The International Conference on "Engaging The Other" (ETO) is held in San Mateo, California USA at the The San Mateo Marriott Hotel.

Location and Travel Information:
The San Mateo Marriott Hotel is located in San Mateo, California on the San Francisco Peninsula, 10 minutes south of the San Francisco International Airport (SFO).  SFO is served by all major airlines.
Other nearby airports: Oakland Airport (just across the Bay), and the San Jose Airport (less than 30 minutes south).
San Mateo is also accessible by the Cal Train, and by car via Highway 101 and Highway 92 (see driving instructions below).

Complementary Airport Shuttle Service:
Free transportation runs on a daily basis to and from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) from 5:00 AM until 9:00 PM. The shuttle leaves the hotel approximately ever hour on the hour (please contact the hotel directly for the exact times). The San Mateo Marriott shuttle picks up guests on the departure level of the airport, located above baggage claim. A call from the courtesy phones at the baggage claim area will ensure timely pick-up.

Highway 101 South to Highway 92 West. Exit at Delaware Street and turn right on Concar Drive which merges into South Amphlett Blvd. Hotel is on the left.
