1) The PHOTO PAGE and SIGNATURE PAGE of your passport must be sent directly to HARMONY Institute in St. Petersburg to deliver to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) along with their request for your letter.

We must apply for your Official LETTER OF INVITATION, which is required by the Russian government for all visas. The current Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs fee for these letters is: $45, which is required to be paid in advance of submitting the invitation letter application. If applications are submitted late and must be expedited, additional fees are required for processing and DHL express mailing. Whflightere hard copy invitations are required for visa applications, as in Europe, there is an additional DHL "express mail" fee. The Russian government also requires that all visas be registered within 3 days of arrival in the country and charge a VISA REGISTRATION fee of $65. The conference staff will arrange for this visa registration once you are on-site.

PACKAGE INCLUDES: Conference fee, full room & board (3 meals and tea break per day), conference cultural events, farewell banquet, interpreters, all site management & support services, and communications. The pre/post conference (8-day) stay also includes all local transportation, tickets for cultural events & tours, & guides, arranged professional visits. In general, the only additional costs while in Russia would be for visa registration fee ($65), personal purchases, or any special services you choose to hire, such as taxis, sauna, massage, etc.
Extended stays available by advanced arrangement at addl. cost. Shorter stays available at reduced cost. Assistance available in hiring ground transport from the airport in St. Petersburg.

Cancellations received in writing before 3-15-2007 are charged a $325 administrative fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations thereafter.

To assist in our efforts to subsidize attendance from economically depressed societies, we are encouraging hard-currency registrations by offering a $50 discount to individuals for each additional full (US $) registration they generate. Registrants should list your name & address on their form. Rebates given after final payments.
